Start the Conversation
Tell Lailaa what you're working on. She'll listen carefully, ask the right questions, and let you know honestly whether this is the right fit.
Fill in the project inquiry below. The more detail you share, the more useful Lailaa's response will be. Nothing is too early-stage to discuss.
You'll hear back within two business days - not an automated reply, but a real response from Lailaa with questions or next steps.
If it looks like a good fit, Lailaa will schedule a 30–45 minute call to understand your challenge, your learners, and your goals in depth.
A written proposal with the recommended approach, deliverables, timeline, and investment - clear and complete, with no surprises.
Thank you for reaching out. Lailaa will review your inquiry and respond personally within two business days. Check your inbox - and your spam folder just in case.
A few things clients often ask before making contact. If your question isn't here, just ask.
Yes. Reflective Learning Studio is a fully remote practice and works with clients nationwide. Discovery calls, project check-ins, and SME collaboration all happen virtually - and have for every project to date.
It depends on the scope. A single eLearning module typically takes 4–8 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. A full curriculum or multi-module program can run 3–6 months. Timeline is always outlined clearly in the proposal so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins.
Yes. If your organization doesn't have an LMS yet, Lailaa can help you think through your options and recommend platforms that fit your size, budget, and content needs - and can deliver SCORM-packaged content that works with any standard LMS when you're ready.
Yes - but Lailaa will always do a brief review of existing content before development begins. In her experience, most content clients provide needs some restructuring to work as effective eLearning. That review is part of the process, not an extra step.
If the content is solid and well-organized, development moves faster. If it needs work, she'll say so clearly before scope is agreed.
Yes. Every project includes a defined post-delivery support period. For ongoing needs - content updates, new modules, retainer work - Lailaa offers monthly retainer partnerships for clients who need continued access to instructional design expertise without managing a new project scope each time.
Always worth asking. Small projects often grow, and the discovery conversation itself can be useful - even if the scope doesn't fit right now. There's no minimum engagement to start a conversation.
"The best learning projects I've worked on started with a client who cared deeply about their learners. That's the only prerequisite."
