Ranges are starting points. The final investment reflects the actual complexity, content volume, interactivity level, and timeline of your specific project.
Project-based work is quoted at a flat fee so you always know what you're spending. Retainer clients get a monthly allotment - no watching the clock.
The goal is never to do more work - it's to do the right work. If a simpler solution solves the problem, that's what gets recommended.

A 20-minute eLearning module with simple navigation costs significantly less than a 45-minute branching scenario with custom illustrations and voice acting. The range reflects that reality. A discovery call identifies where your project lands - and why - before any proposal is written.
Yes. Project-based work requires a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due upon final delivery. Retainer clients are billed at the start of each month. Consulting hours are billed in arrears on a net-15 basis.
Reach out anyway. Sometimes a smaller scope - a single focused module, a consulting session, or a strategy call - fits a tighter budget and still delivers significant value. The conversation is always free.
All project-based work includes two rounds of revision at each major milestone (storyboard and developed module). Additional revisions beyond scope are billed at the hourly consulting rate. Retainer clients have revisions built into their monthly hours.
Yes. Reflective Learning Studio offers a nonprofit and education rate - typically 15–20% below standard pricing - for registered nonprofits, community organizations, and accredited educational institutions. Mention this when you reach out.
ACH/bank transfer, check, and major credit cards (via invoice link). All invoices are issued via HoneyBook with net-15 payment terms. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
